Traci had the meeting all set up. She'd met Lily a few weeks earlier and the minute she heard the young girl's story she knew this was the child she and Frankie were meant to help. "I'm telling you baby you're going to love her," said Traci.

Frankie nodded and smiled at Traci "I'm sure i will honey."

Traci smiled, walking into the building. She spoke quickly with the woman directly in charge of Lily's care before pulling Frankie toward Lily's room much like an excited child who wanted to show their parent something.

Frankie smiled as he followed her, he could tell she was excited.

Traci smiled, walking into the bedroom. She pointed to the small child in the wheel chair by the window. "That's her," Traci said softly.

Frankie nodded and smiled as Traci grabbed his hand again and they walked towards her.

Traci smiled. "Lily," Traci said softly, smiling when the small child turned around smiling brightly. "Hey sweetie." Traci smiled. Lily smiled before turning and looking at Frankie with a quizzical look in her eyes.

"Hi Lily i'm Frankie." Frankie said with a smile.

Lily rolled over to her bedside table and picked up a small board with letter magnets on it. She slid the letters around before proudly holding it up the word "Hi." spelled out in the center.

Frankie smiled and looked at Traci.

"She doesn't talk," Traci said. "Doctors are pretty sure she could if she wanted to, she just doesn't."

Frankie nodded and smiled at Lily "She'll talk when she finds what she wants to say."

Traci smiled and nodded. "Frankie, I want to help her," Traci said softly.

Frankie nodded "I know i want to help her too."

Traci smiled. "We always said we wanted kids."

Frankie smiled "We should go get the paperwork started."

Traci chuckled. "We should talk to her about it first baby," Traci said.

Frankie sighed "I always for get a step."

"That's why you have me baby," Traci smiled.

Frankie smiled and kissed her cheek "And i'm very lucky i have you."

Traci smiled. "And I'm lucky to have you too."

Frankie smiled and nelt next to Lily's chair "Lily we would like you to come and live with us."

Lily looked over at Traci who nodded with a smile as she nelt down by the other side of the chair. "We wanna take care of you Lily." Lily bit her lip nervously. She didn't know what to think.

Frankie smiled gently at her "We want you to be apart of our family."

Lily looked down at her magnet board, trying to spell out a message. One word at a time she spelled out the message "You teach me talk?"
